Destacker "TDM - DENESTER"

With their simple changeover devices and variable depth adjustment, our denesters offer processing of max. 250 plastic trays per minute. Tray by tray, they also separate compressed packaging material and thus guarantee a smooth production flow.

The denester is protected against splashing water in accordance with the IP 65 requirements and is therefore ideally suited for wet operations (e.g. meat processing). Our TDM can be quickly and smoothly integrated into the processing of all common tray sealing lines.

Universal design allows easy processing of trays made of the different materials such as PP, PET, EPS, PVC, etc. in all common tray formats. The denester has a large tray magazine that can be filled with up to 1000 trays. This ensures long running times of the machine without refilling.
