Insertion of soak pads

Are you looking for a reliable solution for inserting soaker pads into MAP trays? We will be happy to take care of tray filling with soaker pads and other outsourcing tasks for you – quickly, efficiently and on time to your desired deadline. With our Suction pads insertion machines we process all common tray formats made of various plastic materials, such as PP, PET, or EPS trays. Processing of special formats, such as trays with double chambers, is also possible. The special feature of our padding lines is the built-in quality control. For example, a camera check system is used to check all trays for correct positioning of the soaker pad, among other things. If a defect is detected, then the defective tray is automatically sorted out into a separate container. If you need additional packaging capacity temporarily to cover peak demand or permanently to place soaker pads in trays, we will support you accordingly. Both roll and cut-to-size processing is possible.
